今年１０月中ごろに仕込んだ手作りビール！！
ようやく試飲にこぎつけました。。
瓶詰めして一月もすれば飲めると毎回失敗。。
（酒を前にすると、なかなか学習しないオヤジだよ！！）
今回は、我慢に我慢してここまで引っ張った。。
その甲斐有って出来も上々！！
正月には、美味しく飲めそうだ。。
