先週月曜日の再クレームの対応の結果を問い合わせしてみた。。
（恐る恐るね！！）
月曜日の対応以降今日まで現象は出ていないって。。
これで、方向性が見えた感じかな？！
これで少しは枕を高くして寝れる！！
またしばらく様子を見て、今後の方針を決めて解決ってとこかな！？
