今朝、朝日が昇る前に最寄の駅まで息子を送ってきました。。
朝霧が立ち込めるさわやかな朝。。でも寒い。。
今日は、１００ｍの記録会参加だけなんで応援には行きませんが、頑張って自己記録更新を目指して欲しい。。
スパイクの効果を見せて欲しい。。
