この週末動けない私をフォローしてくれた妻と娘に感謝！！
痛めた当日金曜日は、何かにつかまらないと動けない状態だったんだけど。。
この週末じっと動かずにいたお陰で。。
まだ痛みはするけど何にもつかまらずに動けるように。。
助かりました！！
