今朝、私の母からの食材が届きました。。
焼きあご（飛び魚）、どんこ（椎茸）、かつお菜など。。
これで博多雑煮の食材が揃いました。。
写真は焼きあご、どんこ、かつお菜です。
最後がハランです。（これは食材では有りませんが重要な材料？です。雑煮の底に敷く？）
