原因が何かのアップデートだろうと言うことが判った！！
それでいくつかの組み合わせで試してみた。。。
Windows 11 ＋ Visual C# 2005でも同様のエラーが発生することが判った。。
Windows 10 + Visual C# 2022ではエラーが出ない。。
ということでWindows 10 + Visual C# 2022の組み合わせでデバッグを進めることに！！
この不具合は何れMicroSoftが解決してくれることを期待して待って」リリースすることになるのかな？！
原因はWindows 11のアップデート？！
